The location was excellent, situated in a beautiful neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, and Retiro Park. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with good facilities such as tea-making amenities and bidets. Breakfast was served well and enjoyed by guests. The reception maintained a friendly atmosphere during check-in.
