The hotel featured very kind and helpful staff along with clean, comfortable rooms. The location was central, close to Retiro Park and the city center, making it ideal for walking to attractions like the Prado Museum. A lovely rooftop terrace with a bar, restaurant, and pool offered spectacular views. Breakfast selection was adequate, complementing the pleasant contemporary design. Special assistance was provided promptly for room changes upon request.
