Clean and spacious rooms were provided with well-maintained bathrooms. The location offered easy access to the metro and was within walking distance to Retiro Park. Staff demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and friendliness throughout the stay. Breakfast options were varied and of good quality, complemented by a terrace bar serving wine and appetizers. Security was ensured by a night guard on duty.
