The location was excellent in a quiet square just off Gran Via with easy access to central Madrid. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet with a Juliet balcony to sit by the window. Sergio on reception was helpful, ordered a taxi quickly at a reasonable price, and carried bags out to the taxi. The staff were friendly and approachable with 24-hour reception allowing luggage storage for early arrivals.
