Very clean and comfortable room with a small fridge and safe, located on the third floor with fresh air but no special view. The bathroom was modern with a well-working shower and small shampoos provided. The location was amazing, right in the center of Madrid near Sol station, Plaza España, Gran Via train station, and metro, making it easy to walk around town. The building had a working elevator and smelled fresh. Check-in was easy but required several codes for access which could be simplified. Luggage storage was inconveniently 700 meters away from the apartment. Both bedside lights were not working which limited lighting options at night.
