Exceptionally clean with a spacious room that had shampoo, shower gel, towels, hair dryer, bath and shower, the common area had a kitchen, living room and dining area. The host was friendly, experienced and allowed early check-in while communication was efficient from ..., keys to the main entrance and room plus a code made the stay hassle free. The location was central Madrid close to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor with a taxi rank outside.
