Complimentary wine, snacks, water, bathrobe, slippers and coffee machine were in the room which was small but very clean and comfortable with fantastic showers. The staff was friendly and accommodating while the location was right in the heart of Madrid close to Sol station with easy access to most tourist attractions by foot or metro.
