The hotel was located in the heart of Madrid, close to many tourist attractions and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable with good lighting and effective air conditioning. Noise from outside was minimal despite the central location. The bathroom facilities were clean, though the shower space was somewhat small.
