The room was clean and comfortable with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of quality options including breads and eggs. The location was quiet yet convenient, just minutes from a metro station and close to Retiro Park. Complimentary water bottles were provided for refill at the lobby to support environmental sustainability.
