Friendly staff, especially helpful with room changes, and very comfortable beds were appreciated. Breakfast had fresh bread daily but was monotonous with the same set every day. The room was large, airy, and newly renovated while keeping historical charm. Location was excellent, only 12 minutes from the Royal Palace and Temple of Debod, close to shops and restaurants in central Madrid.
