Great location near the train station, Retiro Park, and major museums was complemented by welcoming and efficient staff, especially Julia in Guest Relations who made an anniversary special. The room on the 7th floor had a terrace, air conditioning, comfortable beds, a safe, nice shower, and several English language TV channels. Breakfast had very good food with variety while the onsite restaurant served good food along with cocktails and wine.
