Great location on Gran Via with easy access by two elevators to the 5th floor where rooms were clean, spacious, and had balconies with amazing views. Carmen, the owner, was very kind and helpful with recommendations and made a warm welcome. The bathroom was great with a powerful shower, beds and pillows were comfortable, and complimentary cava was served.
