Helpful and welcoming staff, especially Jessica at reception, was appreciated and the room was clean with a private bathroom despite being small but functional. The location was excellent near Gran Via metro station and close to supermarkets, with elevator access for luggage to the first floor. WiFi was good and luggage storage after checkout had labeled bags for convenience.
