The location was right on Gran Via, offering easy access to central Madrid. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day. Staff proved very helpful and friendly, allowing luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Comfortable beds contributed to a pleasant stay. The accommodation combined great value with excellent convenience near popular shops like Primark.
