The accommodation offered privacy with curtains around beds and air conditioning that functioned well. The location was convenient, situated close to the Madrid South Bus Station and within 15 minutes of main city attractions. The staff provided excellent care, facilitating easy check-in and check-out processes. Facilities included a fridge and microwave in a small chillout lounge area, although no kitchen was available. Cleanliness met acceptable standards despite shared bathroom arrangements for multiple guests.
