The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with all appliances except a washing machine and drier, with drinkable faucet water and effective AC. The location was good near Villa de Vallecas metro station about 10 minutes away, allowing access to main attractions in less than 20 minutes. The host Tanya was very nice and helpful, meeting upon arrival. Street parking was free but very hard to find.
