The hotel underwent impressive renovations while retaining its Madrid charm. The building featured outstanding architecture and elegant decor throughout. Rooms were comfortable, soundproof, and well maintained with stylish bathrooms. The location was extremely central, close to museums and key attractions. A beautiful atrium and a restaurant under a stained glass dome enhanced the ambiance.
