Comfortable beds and spacious rooms were there with beautiful decor and cleanliness. The staff was outstanding, very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Breakfast was impressive and the location was ideal within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants and major sights in Madrid.
