The location was excellent, situated close to Gran Via and Plaza de España, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and efficient room facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing baggage storage after checkout. A metro station at the end of the street facilitated convenient travel around Madrid.
