The location was central and quiet, just across from Gran Vía with metro stations nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, with basic amenities like WiFi, air-conditioning, a small fridge, TV, a glass for hydration, an extra pillow on request, and soft toilet paper. Lily was very friendly and helpful and arranged key storage for late check-in. The shower had great water pressure while the bathroom had limited shelf space but hooks were there, towels were clean though rough. Thin walls caused noise at night but headphones helped. A small round table, chair and shelf with hangers were useful in the room.
