Friendly staff at the front desk was welcoming and helpful with check-in and out, and the room was comfortable with a great shower, coffee, tea, fluffy towels, bathrobes, and a welcome chocolate on the bedside table, the location was fantastic in the heart of Madrid’s Opera district near Gran Vía and Plaza Mayor.
