Helpful staff explained everything and the check-in process was smooth enough despite initial issues with the apartment door code. The apartment was clean, had sufficient cooking facilities, an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and access to a swimming pool, gym, and padel court within the compound, an extra bed was provided for a child. The location was very close to Madrid airport and a shopping mall with a big supermarket and multiple restaurants.
