The apartment featured a spacious layout with good lighting and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom was renovated and included a large shower cabin. The kitchen was relatively well equipped, and the flat had a new TV set. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, bars, gyms, supermarkets, and two metro stations within a five-minute walk. Access to the building used coded entry without an additional lock on the front door.
