Round-the-clock receptionCentral location in the heart of Madrid was great with shops, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife within walking distance. The staff were friendly, professional, communicative, and allowed early check-in. The room was clean, compact, quiet but small with a cozy bed and warm blanket while the bathroom was very small but clean. Cleaning service was available on request and storage room for belongings was there.
