Round-the-clock receptionThe room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a balcony view while the bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. The location was very central in Malasana near metro lines 2 and 10 with Gran Via just a 5 to 7-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were easy, towels were changed daily, and free water was provided.
