The apartment was in the absolute center of Madrid with many restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. The bedroom had a quiet fan over the bed which kept cool during 33-degree weather and had a lot of cupboard space with excellent lighting. Daniel lived in the apartment but was unobtrusive while Zulay was warm and friendly, sharing helpful tips about the city. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, and the room was very quiet at night.
