The Generator Madrid terrace will be accessible starting from March 8th, 2024, operating from 1 pm to 12 am.

-GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions.

Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.

-AGE RESTRICTIONS: Please note that guests under 18 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories.

Bed linen is included, while towels can be rented at the reception.

Charges may be applicable.

-AMENITIES: Please note, lockers in dormitory rooms are available for free but padlocks are not provided, guests must bring their own.

-PAYMENT: The name on the credit card used for booking should match the name of the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

For advance purchase rates and non refundable rates the payment card used for booking must be presented upon check in.

We found the property to be in an excellent location, and the rooms were exceptionally clean with good linen. The rooftop bar was pleasant, and the storage for luggage was a great extra. Overall, we got exactly what was advertised and were very happy with our choice as a family of 5.
