An excellent location near metro and bus stops was complemented by a very clean and comfortable room with a kitchenette. The hotel featured spacious rooms, good water pressure, and three elevators. Staff were polite, welcoming, and provided exceptional service. Facilities met expectations, although kitchen units lacked dish soap and sponges. The bathroom size varied across rooms in the central Madrid setting.
