The hotel was located in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and city attractions. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well updated with beautiful views. The staff provided friendly and attentive service throughout the stay. Breakfast offered great variety and quality. Access to the top floor required climbing stairs from the sixth floor due to no elevator service on that level.
