Comfortable beds with luxury linens and hot showers with great water pressure were in the apartment, which was spacious and had air conditioning. Raquel was an attentive host who answered all questions and communicated smoothly via WhatsApp. The location was great, right in the center of Madrid near shops and small restaurants on a calm street. A helpful guide book and welcome pack were provided, along with some included food and drinks.
