Comfortable, modern, and very clean apartment had high-quality linens and a well-equipped kitchen with kettle, stove top coffee pot, pods coffee machine, toaster, and washing machine. The beds were really comfortable with good water pressure in the shower and a small separate toilet besides the main bathroom. Helpful staff accommodated an early check-in request without extra charge and assisted with luggage up stairs before the lift. The location was prime yet quiet just 100m from Sol metro station and Puerta del Sol within walking distance to many main sights, museums, restaurants, bars, shops, and streets decorated beautifully in December. Remote check-in instructions were clear with no problems accessing the apartment on a busy street mainly filled with shops rather than bars so late noise was not an issue.
