The apartment was very central in Madrid, close to Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Sol, bars, restaurants, supermarket, the palace and the Prado museum. The location was quiet on a side street yet walkable to major sites. Isabel was a great host who gave a very good introduction to the area and things to see. The apartment was small but clean and cozy with air conditioning that worked well though it was a little loud. It had everything needed for coffee or snacks and the bed with pillows was comfortable.
