The room was neat and very clean with a mini fridge. The cleaning staff did an excellent job in the upkeep of the area, and cameras were there to monitor who was coming and going which made it feel safer. The location was not far from IFEMA and airport but had a sketchy neighborhood near San Lorenzo metro stop with poor lighting. The staff replied quickly and were kind but showed zero empathy when help was requested for directions in the dark.
