Complimentary WiFiThe interiors looked great and the location was handy for walking to Salamanca, Gran Via, and Plaza Mayor, plus there were lots of cafes nearby. Check-in was a bit tricky at first but got easier, and it was nice not having to carry keys or cards. We liked the industrial Victorian vibe with glam touches, and the hosts were quick to respond whenever we reached out.
