The owner Luis was very nice and accommodating, prepared a welcoming card and sweet candies for our wedding anniversary, explained local sites in detail, and responded quickly to every request, the room was very clean, well designed with all necessary equipment, used keys instead of passwords, had a balcony with street view and an elevator, the location was great near Plaza Mayor, Sobrino de Botin, metro stations and many main attractions.
