Three-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and newly renovated with polished tile floors. The kitchen and dining area had a sofa facing the kitchen, and the TV was in one of the bedrooms. The location was very central in Lavapiés, close to metro and train stations as well as shops. A 200-euro cash deposit was requested at arrival and returned upon departure without issues.
