The hotel was spotlessly clean with 24-hour reception and friendly staff who spoke English. The location was near Chamartin Station and Barajas airport, with plenty of cafes and groceries nearby. The room was comfortable with a good bed, towels, sheets, toiletries, air conditioning that cooled well, WiFi with amazing speed, and a TV with streaming services.
