The hostel was very clean and safe with a women-only policy, providing towels, shower essentials, bed curtains, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, and blackout curtains on bunks. Renato was kind and helpful with quick responses on Whatsapp. The lounge area had free coffee, tea, water, a fridge and microwave while breakfast was served at the nearby cafe where staff remembered orders. The location was central in Sol area with easy access to public transport.
