Clean and comfortable apartment had secure access, a common area with lockers and bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, check-in was smooth with early entry possible, reception was always available via ... and phone, the location was good with supermarkets nearby, a small playground around the corner, Retiro Park within walking distance, close to all metro lines but traffic noise could be heard outside.
