The apartment was located near Tribunal Metro station, within walking distance of many popular sites and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. It featured two Juliette balconies ideal for people watching. The space accommodated eight guests comfortably and was noted for its cleanliness. Nearby La Plaza Dos de Mayo offered a lively atmosphere during the day but could be noisy at night. A desk was provided upon request to enhance convenience.
