We had a rough time there—the apartment was cold and damp, and our two-year-old felt chilly at night. The owner didn’t respond to our calls, left us without heating instructions, and was pretty dismissive when we asked for help, so we were stuck dealing with wet, moldy walls and a poorly equipped kitchen on our own.
