Located just off lively Gran Via, the hotel offered a quiet and clean room with modern design and comfortable beds. The staff provided warm, attentive service around the clock, including helpful concierge assistance. A rooftop patio featured amazing city views, perfect for drinks or breakfast. Proximity to major attractions and metro stops allowed easy exploration of Madrid on foot. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped.
