The apartment was well decorated and clean, featuring spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Multiple air conditioners ensured comfort during hot weather. Located near the railway station, it remained quiet despite its proximity. The flat included two double bedrooms and one single room, suitable for families or couples. Public transport connections allowed easy access to the city center within 20 to 30 minutes.
