Great location on Gran Via, very close to the metro and walking distance to Malasana, Latin quarter, and the Royal Palace, the building was a mix of old and modern architecture with a magnificent structure. Friendly and proactive reception communicated easily and helped with luggage storage on the last day. The room was quiet, spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent hot shower.
