Rooms and bathrooms were super clean with fresh smelling sheets and good shower pressure, beds had firm mattresses and were very comfortable. Staff was very nice, lovely, helpful, accommodating, and responsive to texts with smooth communication. The location was great in a local but central neighborhood close to transportation, within 15 minutes walking distance from downtown Madrid and major sights, nearby park and flower gardens were amazing. A cute cat roamed around the property.
