The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, assisting from check-in to luggage storage on the last day. The location was central, within walking distance to major attractions and close to Tirso de Molina metro station. Rooms were clean, quiet, and equipped with coffee machines and comfortable beds. Early check-in and excellent communication were provided by the hosts. A washing machine was also available for guest use.
