The apartment was spacious, immaculate, and had a fun layout with sliding pocket doors for bedrooms and bathrooms, it had a washing machine in the bathroom with plenty of hangers and a large drying rack but no dryer. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Madrid within easy walking distance to Prado, Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, Mayor Plaza, and next to the metro. Hellen was an amazing host who allowed early check-in by letting stay in an unoccupied apartment before ours was ready and communicated accessibly throughout the stay.
