The apartment was clean, comfortable, and small with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The location was convenient near Ibiza metro station, Movistar arena, and Parque El Retiro in a quiet street with lively surroundings. David and his sister were very helpful, responsive on WhatsApp, friendly, and thoughtful during check-in and stay. The bed was comfortable, towels and toiletries were provided, Wi-Fi was fast, late check-out was possible.
