The owner was very friendly and attentive with great assistance, and Cesar communicated well. The flat had a kitchen, free WiFi, and a pool in a secure gated area shared with locals. The location was close to the San Fermin-Orcasur Metro station about 5 minutes walk away, with a supermarket 2-3 minutes away and many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and cozy with good access to Madrid Tennis venues like Caja Mágica and the Madrid Open tennis.
