Spacious, clean apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, and oven but narrow bathroom and no tea maker, heating system did not work so electric heater was provided, clear check-in instructions with photos were given and quick replies to questions, location was close to Chamartín station and Plaza de Castilla metro.
